Guoguang Mould supplies a complete set of plastic container moulds of different sizes. The capacity includes 100ml, 200 ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml, large ones like 18L, 25L, 60L, 110L, etc. We can provide turnkey solutions for thin-walled container forming lines.

There are two types of plastic container moulds. One is a disposable plastic container with a wall thickness of 0.4-0.6 mm. Guoguang mould can produce 4 cavities 1L thin wall food container with a wall thickness of 0.4 mm.

The wall thickness of another type of plastic container is about 0.8-1 mm. At present, we have a set of plastic container moulds that can produce seven different sizes and shapes, which can be used with some container lids. The entire design can be stacked on each other, greatly reducing the occupied area and logistics costs.

All plastic container moulds need to be polished. In order to make the container look shiny, we usually use DIN1.2738 DIN1.2344, S136 as the mould cavity core steel material. If the container wall thickness is thick, 718 h steel can be used to reduce mould costs.
